You can request a new pin from the management team.

Please make sure the app is authorized to use your camera. You can confirm this by going in the mobile device settings and checking the permissions.

Connectivity issues
If you are having trouble contacting the server, try opening up the menu, go to settings and then logout the app and redo the verification process once again.
