SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

By providing your mobile phone number to Shadow Shifts through the Shadow Shifts platform, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your account and work assignments.

These messages may include:

• Shift assignment notifications
• Dispatch notifications
• Account alerts
• Login or verification codes
• Other operational notifications related to your employment or scheduling

SMS messages are used solely for operational and account-related purposes.

Shadow Shifts does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

Users provide their mobile phone number when:

• Creating an account in the Shadow Shifts platform
• Being onboarded by their employer or organization using Shadow Shifts
• Updating their contact information within the platform

By submitting a phone number through the platform, users consent to receive SMS messages related to their account and scheduling.

Employees and contractors are opted in to receive SMS notifications during account creation or onboarding by their employer. The process works as follows:

• The employer or administrator creates an employee account in the Shadow Shifts platform and enters the employee's mobile phone number during onboarding.
• The employee's phone number is collected as part of this account setup process.
• Upon activation, the employee receives a confirmation SMS:
  "Shadow Shifts dispatch notifications have been enabled. Reply START to confirm you want to receive SMS notifications."
• All SMS messages are strictly operational: shift assignments, dispatch notifications, account alerts, and verification codes. No marketing or promotional content is ever sent.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

STOP

to any message received from Shadow Shifts.

After sending STOP, you will no longer receive SMS notifications from Shadow Shifts unless you re-enable SMS notifications through your account or administrator.

Opt-out instructions are included in every SMS message sent by Shadow Shifts.
